This page explains what data we receive through masajchisinau.md, why we use it, who we share it with and how to ask us to delete it. “We” means the operator of the site, S.R.L. “XCORE WEB SOLUTIONS”.

Data from your booking request
When you send the booking form, we receive:
- your name and phone number;
- the address we come to;
- the massage you chose, its duration and price, the date and the time;
- your message, if you wrote one;
- the campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid), if you came to the site from an ad;
- visit identifiers from Google Analytics and Facebook, if you accepted cookies.
We use this data to call you, confirm the time and address, and come to your appointment.
The form sends the data to the site's server, which passes it to our team in a Telegram chat.
If sending fails and you choose “Send by email”, the request goes from your own email app to [email protected].
How long we keep the data
We keep the data from booking requests until you ask us to delete it.
To have it deleted, email us at [email protected] with the name and phone number from your request, so we can find it.
What stays in your browser
A summary of your request (name, phone, massage, date, time and address) stays in your browser until you close the tab, so the confirmation page can show it to you. It is not sent anywhere from there.
Scripts from other companies
- Google Analytics (Google)
- Visit statistics. It loads through Google Tag Manager in Google's consent mode (Consent Mode), with every permission switched off until you press “Accept”. Without consent it saves no cookies and sends only signals without identifiers, for example that a page was opened.
- Facebook Pixel (Meta)
- Measures the results of Facebook and Instagram ads. Loads only after you accept.
Google, Meta and Telegram may process data outside the Republic of Moldova.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time: press “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, or the button below.
If you withdraw consent, the Facebook Pixel stops sending anything, Google Analytics goes back to signals without cookies, and their cookies saved on masajchisinau.md are deleted. Cookies that Meta keeps on its own domains can be deleted in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
